The product delivers over 600W output power with up to 52% EO efficiency, enabling multi-kilowatt single-mode fiber laser output while reducing the number of pump modules required. Full-power wavelength locking ensures stable operation across all power levels. A side-mode suppression ratio of up to 30dB and a spectral FWHM below 0.5nm, with wavelength drift under 0.02nm/A, maintain stable wavelength and high absorption efficiency in gain fibers.

This series of blue and NIR fiber laser sources features a fully integrated all-fiber architecture, combining double-clad fiber pumping technology with a high-efficiency air-cooling system. The optimized design enhances beam quality and power stability, ensuring reliable long-term continuous operation.
The air-cooled configuration eliminates the complexity and maintenance requirements associated with traditional water-cooling systems, while enabling a compact, lightweight, and modular form factor for seamless system integration.
With output power ranging from 10W to 100W, these air-cooled CW fiber laser sources are specifically engineered for scientific research and precision processing applications.
Copper’s high reflectivity and thermal conductivity have long been major challenges in laser processing. Since 2020, TPL has been dedicated to advancing high-brightness blue laser technology, successfully overcoming these barriers. Today, we achieve 800W output power, with a 1.5kW system scheduled for release by the end of 2026.
