Excimer Laser Grade CaF2

Excimer grade calcium fluoride crystals are mainly used in 193nm and 248nm lasers as laser light source, illumination and imaging equipment.This grade material has higher internal transmittance, uniformity and consistency, and better laser damage threshold. We reduces stress of excimer laser grcalcium fluoride through mature process to achieve the desired effect.

CVD Zinc selenide

Zinc selenide is the preferred material for high power CO2 laser optical components due to its low optical transmission loss and good light transmission performance.It is also an ideal material for protecting Windows and optical components in FLIR thermal imaging systems.

Magnesium Fluoride (MgF2) Round Windows

Magnesium fluoride(MgF2) window is one of the optical windows. Magnesium Fluoride (MgF2) Windows offer excellent broadband transmission from the deep-UV to the mid-infrared. Magnesium fluoride window shows good transmission from120nm to 8um. Magnesium fluoride window have high resistance to chemical corrosion as well as mechanical and thermal shock. Magnesium fluoride windows also have a high laser damage threshold.

Silicon wafers

Single crystal silicon is commonly used as a substrate for 3-5μm mid-wave infrared optical windows and optical filters due to its good thermal conductivity and low density. It is also a commonly used material for making laser reflectors, infrared thermometry, and infrared optical lenses. We can provide 2-inch, 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch silicon wafers of CZ,FZ and intrinsic silicon.

Infrared BaF2

Infrared barium fluoride crystals generally use high purity chemical synthesis raw materials，Tavg>90%@400nm-9μm.Barium fluoride has excellent transmission range in the long-wave infrared and is indispensable for multispectral or hyperspectral cameras.Barium fluoride can be made into windows, spheres, lenses or prisms.
